Our story
Built inside a working live-commerce team.
ATspace started as the in-house console of a collectibles shop that sells live to customers in the US, with its team in China. Every module was built for a real job on that floor: weekly targets, rooms and shifts, special-order checks and posting for the US evening.
It runs that team every day. Now we are opening it to other teams.

How much does it cost?
Plans depend on your team size and which modules you need. We agree a price with you after the free consultation, with no setup fee.
Who owns the data?
You do. Ask us for a full export, for example as CSV, at any time. If you leave, we delete your workspace after a 30-day export window.
Where is the data stored?
In one region with our database provider, Supabase. The full list of providers is on the Security page.
Does it work in Chinese?
Yes. Every screen is in English and 简体中文, and each person picks their own language. Numbers, names and dates never change format.
Can some staff only sign in from the office?
Yes. Admins can limit a role to the office network or to one device. The server enforces it, so it cannot be skipped in the browser.
What happens to photos in Photo scan?
The photo goes to our AI provider only to name the product. We then match it against your catalog ourselves. The photo is not stored.
Which sources can it connect to?
Today: shop order file imports, a daily warehouse/ERP stock sync and quick manual entry. More direct connections are on the roadmap.
How long does setup take?
We plan setup with you after the consultation. A small team can usually start within a few days.
