01Who we are

Atrium Commerce Group LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. ATspace is a product of Atrium Commerce Group LLC. Contact: contact@atriumcommerce.com.

02Using this website

This website gives general information about our services. We try to keep it accurate, but it may change without notice. Figures and screens shown on it are samples for illustration, not results of real clients.

03Accounts

Your company’s admin controls who has access to ATspace and with which role. Each person must use their own login. Keep passwords private and tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.

04Acceptable use

• Do not use the website or ATspace for anything unlawful.
• Do not try to get around access rules, roles or office and device limits.
• Do not share logins, resell access or run load or security tests without our written permission.
• Do not upload content you have no right to use.
• Do not send spam or false information through our forms.

05Your data

You own the data you put into ATspace. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You can ask us to export your data at any time, and we provide it in a common format such as CSV.

06Consulting services

Our consulting is advice and hands-on help with your setup. Sales depend on many things we do not control, such as platform rules, demand, pricing and how advice is carried out. We do not guarantee any sales, revenue, follower or ranking result.

Each paid engagement is described in a written proposal before work starts. If the proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins for that engagement.

07AI features

Photo scan and other AI features can be wrong. Check results before acting on them. Photos sent for a scan are not stored.

08Fees and payment

The first consultation is free. Prices for paid consulting and ATspace plans are agreed with you in writing before any work starts. Paid consulting is billed per project or per month, as the proposal states. ATspace plans are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are paid by bank transfer, or another method named on the invoice, within 15 days. Refunds follow our Refund and cancellation policy.

09Other platforms

TikTok Shop, Shopify and other platforms you sell on are run by other companies. Their rules apply to you, and we are not responsible for their decisions, such as policy changes, account limits or fees.

10Intellectual property

We own the website, ATspace and our general methods and materials. While you use ATspace, you have a limited, non-transferable right to use it for your business. Reports and documents we make for you in a paid engagement may be used inside your business.

11Availability and support

We work to keep ATspace available and fast, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted unless a separate service level agreement says so. Planned maintenance is announced in the app.

12Disclaimers

The website, ATspace and our services are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows, without implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing we provide is legal, tax or financial advice.

13Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, where the law allows this limit.

14Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. After an ATspace plan ends you have 30 days to export your data, then we delete it.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

16Changes

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change matters, we tell account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect.
