Refund and cancellation policy

01Free consultation

The first consultation is free. We do not ask for payment details. You can cancel or move the call at any time by email.

02Paid consulting

Each paid engagement has a written proposal with its price and scope, agreed before work starts.

Fees are charged per project or per month, as the proposal states.

If you cancel before work starts, we refund everything you paid. If you cancel during a project, you pay for the work done up to that day and we refund the rest of any amount paid in advance.

03ATspace plans

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not refund part-months, unless the law requires it.

After a plan ends you have 30 days to export your data, then we delete it.

04How to cancel or ask for a refund

Email contact@atriumcommerce.com from the address on the account or proposal. We confirm within one working day. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
