Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-11-06 · Atrium Commerce Group LLC

This policy explains what personal information Atrium Commerce Group LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, the ATspace app and our consulting services, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

01Who we are

Atrium Commerce Group LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. ATspace is a product of Atrium Commerce Group LLC. Privacy contact: contact@atriumcommerce.com.

We do not currently offer our services to people in the EU or UK, so we have not appointed a representative there. If that changes, we will name one here.

02Our role

For this website, our consulting services and your ATspace account, we decide how personal information is used. In law this makes us the controller.

For the business data your company puts into ATspace (sales, orders, products, schedules, messages), your company decides how it is used and we process it on its behalf. In law this makes us the processor. Your company’s own privacy notice applies to that data.

03What we collect

  • Consultation form: your full name, work email and company (required), and if you choose to give them, your phone, WhatsApp or WeChat, team size, call language, where you sell and your message. We also save the site language you used and that you ticked the consent box.
  • Your IP address when you send the form: we do not store it. We keep only a one-way scrambled code of it, so we can block repeated spam sends.
  • Emails you send us, and our replies.
  • ATspace account: name, work email, role, language and display preferences.
  • Sign-in and security: sign-in times, session records, IP address and, where your company turns on office or device rules, a network check and a device identifier stored in your browser.
  • Use of the product: actions such as creating, editing or approving records, kept as an audit trail.
  • Business data your company adds: sales and order records, product catalog and stock, shifts and status, posting plans and support chat messages.
  • Photo scan: the photo is sent to our AI provider to name the product. We do not store the photo. We keep a count of scans to apply daily limits.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser and the page you ask for, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

This website uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. It stores one item in your browser: a note that you closed the cookie notice.

06International transfers

Our registered office is in the United States, our team works remotely from China, and our providers may process data in other countries. When personal information moves between countries we use the safeguards the law requires, such as Standard Contractual Clauses and, for personal information collected in mainland China, the steps required by the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).

08How we protect it

Access is checked on the server for every request. Each person has their own login and role. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and important actions are kept in an audit trail. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

09Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or give you a copy. You can also object to some uses and withdraw consent you gave.

To make a request, email contact@atriumcommerce.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. If the data sits in your company’s ATspace workspace, we may pass the request to your company. We aim to reply within 30 days.

10US state privacy rights, including California

If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you can ask to know what personal information we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. You can use an authorized agent, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We do not use sensitive personal information to infer things about you.

11EU and UK (GDPR)

If you are in the EU or UK, the legal bases for each use are listed above. You also have the right to data portability, to restrict processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

12Mainland China (PIPL)

If you are in mainland China, you have the right to know about and decide on the use of your personal information, to access, copy, correct and delete it, and to ask us to explain these rules. Where PIPL requires separate consent, for example before your information leaves mainland China, we will ask for it.

13Children

Our website, services and ATspace are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

14Cookies

This website stores only the cookie-notice item. The ATspace app stores what it needs to sign you in and remember your settings. See the Cookie policy.

15Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change matters, we tell account owners by email or in the app before it takes effect.
